Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Housekeeping Staff
- Maintain the hotel’s Cleanliness Standards
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction
- Monitor and manage housekeeping Inventory
- Collaboration and coordination with Other Departments
- Training & Development of new and regular staff
- Ensure Health & Safety Compliance
- Administrative Tasks
- Support Executive Housekeeper in day-to-day management of the housekeeping department

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position in a busy Hotel restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS, scheduling, inventory systems) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- May be required to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the ร la Carte kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain smooth service.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
- Manage kitchen costs to meet budget targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar in a high-volume ร la carte kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
